Orlando Flood Response is a referral service operated by Astra Ventures LLC, Series 1 Astra Media. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. When you call the dispatch line, your call (including caller ID and call audio) is used only to route you to an independent restoration contractor in the network for your service request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), and similar state laws, you may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and opt out of any sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no sale to opt out of — but you may still exercise any of these rights at any time.
