Who we are

Orlando Flood Response ("we," "us," or "our") is a service of Astra Ventures LLC, a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company, operating through its Series 1 (Astra Media). This policy describes how we handle information from people who visit orlandofloodresponse.com and from people who call the dispatch line shown on the site.

What we collect

This site does not have a contact form, intake form, or any other way to submit your contact information through the page. The only ways we receive information from you are: (1) by your visit to the site, and (2) by your call to the dispatch line.

When you visit the site, we receive:

When you call the dispatch line, we and our lead-routing partner receive:

How we use this information

We use the information you provide on the call only to route you to an independent restoration contractor in our partner network who covers your area. We do not use call recordings for marketing or advertising. We use standard web logs and aggregate analytics to operate the site, prevent abuse, and improve information quality.

Who we share it with

Calls placed to the dispatch line displayed on this site are routed to and processed by Service Direct, our contracted lead-routing partner. Service Direct connects the call to an independent restoration contractor in its network covering your ZIP. You then speak with the contractor directly. We share your call information with these parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with general marketing lists or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your information with parties unrelated to your service request.

Call recording

Calls placed to the dispatch line are recorded for quality assurance, contractor coordination, and compliance with our partner agreements. Florida is an "all-party consent" state for the recording of communications under Fla. Stat. § 934.03. The dispatcher will provide a recording notice at the start of the call; your continued participation constitutes consent to recording. If you do not consent to call recording, end the call.

Call audio recordings are retained by Service Direct for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of the call, in accordance with our partner agreements and applicable record-keeping requirements.

How to opt out of contact

Because we do not have a form and do not send unsolicited SMS or email, we will not initiate contact with you on our own. If a contractor in the network attempts to follow up after your call and you wish to stop further contact:

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email dispatch@orlandofloodresponse.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Data retention

Call audio recordings: minimum 4 years per Service Direct partner agreements. Standard web logs: typically 30–90 days for security and anti-abuse purposes, longer if required for an active investigation. Aggregate analytics are retained without identifiers.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee against all unauthorized access.

Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email dispatch@orlandofloodresponse.com.

Florida residents (FDBR)

Florida residents may have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq., including the rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing of personal data. We do not sell personal data and do not engage in processing for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise any FDBR rights, email dispatch@orlandofloodresponse.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally up to 45 days with one 45-day extension when reasonably necessary).
