What we do

Orlando Flood Response is a referral and call-routing service operated by Astra Ventures LLC, Series 1 (Astra Media), a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company. We connect consumers seeking water damage services in Florida with independent contractors through our contracted lead-routing partner, Service Direct.

We do not perform water damage work directly. When you call the dispatch line displayed on this site, your call is routed to an independent restoration contractor in the Service Direct network covering your area. The actual service is performed by that third-party independent contractor. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that any contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work to be performed.

No warranty on third-party services

We do not control the quality, timeliness, or pricing of services performed by the contractors in the partner network. We make no warranty regarding any contractor's work. Disputes about workmanship, pricing, or completion should be addressed directly with the contractor who performed the work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Ventures LLC, its series, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any damages caused by a third-party contractor who responded to your call. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astra Ventures LLC and its series from any claim arising from your misuse of the site, including provision of false information during a routed call.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
